What is Apparition?
Apparition is a first-person survival horror game set in Green Creek, a haunted forest explored at night.
Players use a Spirit Board to communicate with the dead and a camera and audio recorder to capture paranormal evidence. Ghosts, demons, and other creatures threaten progress, and the player has no defense against apparitions; hiding is the way to stay alive. Recorded traces of ghosts unlock additional gear customization options. Items found in the forest can support the effort to survive and explore further. Questions asked through the Spirit Board can discourage or anger summoned spirits, so interactions carry danger alongside the search for evidence.
