Our take on Any way out
The premise emphasizes a mysterious hotel and hidden dangers, while the core activity is narrower: comparing corridors with a remembered reference and deciding whether to turn back or continue. Much of the experience therefore rests on spotting environmental differences and repeating that judgment across the descent.
What is Any way out?
Explore a mysterious hotel by moving through corridors toward the lowest floor.
First, identify and remember a benchmark floor, then compare each passage with it as reality begins to change. When a corridor contains a difference or anomaly, turn back; when it appears normal, continue forward. Traps, puzzles, and other trials stand between the starting point and freedom. Progress depends on observing environmental changes, recalling the reference floor, and choosing whether to advance or retreat. A wrong decision can leave the character trapped, so each corridor requires attention and judgment. The objective remains focused throughout: inspect the hotel, recognize deviations from the remembered layout, avoid danger, and reach the bottom floor.
