Our take on Anima
Its defining format is a music-led virtual reality experience: the scenes interpret one title track through a biomorph’s life journey, using light, color, sound, and visual imagery instead of conventional game objectives.
What is Anima?
Anima is a virtual reality music experience built around Vivia’s title track of the same name.
Its scenes follow the life journey of a biomorph, expressing the music through light, color, sound, and visual apparitions connected to universal emotion. The experience presents a visual exchange between the track and its imagery rather than a conventional game structure. Anima can be viewed in virtual reality or in desktop mode. The project was developed with Unreal Engine 4 and features original music by Vivia. It accompanies the title track from Vivia’s upcoming album.
How Anima plays
- 01Biomorph Journey
- Visual scenes trace a biomorph’s life through light, color, sound, and imagery.
- 02Desktop Viewing
- The experience can be played without a virtual reality headset in desktop mode.
- 03Original Soundtrack
- Its central music is Vivia’s original title track, Anima.
