Our take on All You Can Eat
Instead of treating comic panels as fixed scenes, the game makes player interactions generate the comic itself. Its short format also replaces the extended progression common to adventure games with a compact sequence that can be reviewed and printed.
What is All You Can Eat?
Play as a jobless diner regular whose home is threatened with closure.
Explore the city, speak with characters, collect items, and use objects while pursuing a solution involving a corporation and the mayor. Each interaction advances the story and creates a comic panel. Panels can be reviewed by scrolling through the accumulated sequence, while conversations follow a three-panel rhythm of context, setup, and delivery. The game includes hand-drawn and hand-scanned artwork across hundreds of panels. A completed playthrough can be printed in comic-book form. Finishing the game also opens a New Game Plus mode with developer commentary. The stated playtime is thirty minutes.
