Our take on Action Ball 2
Its defining structure is the combination of three formats: traditional brick-breaking stages, scrolling shooter sections, and boss fights.
What is Action Ball 2?
Action Ball 2 is a 3D breakout-style arcade game in which a paddle-equipped ship deflects a ball and destroys brick formations.
Mouse movement controls the paddle along the bottom of the screen, while each stage requires clearing the bricks before lives run out. The campaign contains more than 150 levels across two themes, with three level formats: traditional brick-breaking stages, scrolling shooter sections, and boss encounters. More than 30 bonus types affect play, and five bosses appear throughout the game. The paddle can receive four upgrades and use four visual skins. The story follows Captain Livsey as he travels to Mars to confront the Robot Empire and rescue his kidnapped mechanical cat.
