This strategy game combines territorial management with troop recruitment, resource collection, sieges, and battles between generals.
Players choose from 21 rulers and recruit more than 200 generals, equipping them with weapons and other items. Combat includes three-versus-three general battles, field battles, and attacks on occupied locations. A pet system lets pets grow over time while players assign upgrade points and teach skills. Resources such as metal, wood, and stone can be gathered or purchased, then used to construct historic Chinese buildings as an alternate victory route. The game also includes many battle cards and supports four players on one computer.
