What is 3rd eye?
Play as Koishi Komeiji, a girl who reads other people's thoughts, in a 2D exploration and horror game set in an unfamiliar mental world.
Her Third Eye lets her find or obtain things hidden there, but using it makes the eye increasingly bloodshot. Eyedrops can relieve the condition before it turns completely red. The adventure visits a park, snowfield, bamboo thicket, and mansion. Activities include talking with shopkeepers and working children, digging for treasure, and interacting with family members. The cast includes Koishi's older sister Satori Komeiji, a girl who hands out medicine, and several other characters. Koishi wakes in an unfamiliar room one night, beginning a change in her life.
