What is 新巨商?

New Giant Merchant is a multiplayer MMORPG set in a world modeled on real-world terrain.

Its main activity is continental trade: players act as merchants, buy goods at lower prices, sell them elsewhere, and invest in commercial activities such as towns. The game also includes character development, monster encounters, RTS-style battles using mercenaries, and city conquest. In later stages, players can invest in Chamber of Commerce towns to gain profits.

Three factions—Dongying, Western Regions, and Nordic—provide a setting for six protagonists and 21 mercenaries with distinctive skills. The map contains more than 300 towns, and the world includes more than 200 hostile monster types. Nearly a thousand commodities are available for trade and investment, and can be used to manufacture combat equipment and consumables.
