Our take on Yes My Lord
Its progression is tied closely to combat: battles raise attributes, while enemy drops shape equipment choices. That focus leaves less room for systems outside fighting, skill development, and the central story.
What is Yes My Lord?
Yes My Lord follows a once-famous scholar who wakes in an underground cemetery among demons and learns necromancer magic from Foxy.
He also meets Kagaribi, an undead girl who calls him master. The story follows their changing relationship as Kagaribi’s past and Foxy’s purpose are revealed, with four possible endings. Combat uses turn-based battles and combined skills. Attributes increase through fighting, while defeating enemies grants soul value for learning or strengthening skills. Additional skills become available as the story progresses. Gems dropped by enemies can raise attributes or provide effects such as ongoing HP recovery or increased damage against certain enemies. New clothes become available for the heroine as skills are unlocked.
