Rather than placing its RPG adventure in a conventional fantasy kingdom, WOYO!! relocates exploration and combat to Montreuil City, using Paris-suburb life, local customs, and neighborhood characters as its setting.
What is WOYO!!?
WOYO!!
follows Sam, a newcomer from the countryside who arrives in Montreuil City on the outskirts of Paris. The game combines exploration across three neighborhoods with turn-based combat based on character states. Players can control ten playable protagonists, use a subclass system to customize characters, and face more than 150 enemy types, including pigeons, bandits, stroller moms, and other hoodlums. The story includes twists and local characters who introduce Sam to the area. A phone provides calls and radio listening, while the soundtrack features multiple artists from the French suburbs. The game supports keyboard and USB controllers.
