Our take on Wondershot
Players who rely on repeated attempts may hit a wall as soon as a shot misses: ammunition remains on the map, but collecting it requires entering danger with only one life. The changing weapon rules add another adjustment point before each new round.
What is Wondershot?
Wondershot is a local multiplayer arena game for 1 to 4 players.
Each round gives players one projectile and one life, while the weapon and map change. A missed shot remains on the arena, requiring retrieval without being killed. Four weapons offer different handling: the hammer supports wall and ammunition dashes, the bow trades charging for speed or limited guidance, the boomerang can be made stationary until released, and the slingshot rebounds three times while changing size and speed when charged. Multiplayer supports competitive matches. The solo Challenges mode contains 45 trials. Endless mode is cooperative, sending players against successive monster waves on maps that change for each wave. Enemy types include mages, chargers, supports, ranged units, and melee units.
