Our take on Windswept
Leader selection defines the experience: switching between Marbles and Checkers changes the actions available for handling specialized platforming challenges.
What is Windswept?
Windswept follows Marbles and Checkers, a pair of companions separated from home by severe weather, in a platforming adventure styled after 1990s games.
More than 40 stages contain concealed collectibles, optional trials, and distinctive hazards. Each character offers a separate set of abilities, while selecting the leader changes the available moves. The opening stage introduces the full ability set; subsequent areas ask players to test combinations and persist through repeated attempts. Different techniques can be combined to tackle focused challenges in varied ways. Extra secret tests extend beyond the central route, giving the adventure several approaches built around exploration, collecting, platforming, and practice.
