Our take on Who Knocks
Rather than centering its horror on combat alone, the game connects encounters to visitors’ histories and requests. Exploration and puzzle-solving give the night an investigative thread, while combat remains part of the mix through fights against nightmare projections.
What is Who Knocks?
Noam has moved into a country home, where entities knock at the door during a long night.
Explore the house with a flashlight, collect items and clues, and fulfill the visitors’ requests. Their histories and deaths are tied to the house, and each character’s story connects to Noam’s life and nightmares. Puzzle-solving and exploration sit alongside combat: an axe and pistol can be used against projections from Noam’s nightmares. The game follows Noam as he encounters these presences and tries to reconnect with reality. Audio accompanies the time spent in the house, whose enclosed setting frames the encounters and investigation.
