Our take on Waves of Death
The bounce point arrives when each level’s countdown and three-wave structure take over. Players who want open-ended exploration may stop at the fixed 14-stage arcade format, while those expecting a broad arsenal must use the store to obtain weapons, ammunition, grenades, and lives.
What is Waves of Death?
Waves of Death is an arcade action game in which Jake crosses a town over 14 levels to rescue Lilly.
Each level contains three enemy waves, with bosses appearing at strategic points. Zombies, skeletons, genetically modified monsters, and military forces attack as their strength increases. Two difficulty settings adjust enemy combativeness. Jake gains weapons ranging from a pistol to high-tech arms, which can be purchased alongside ammunition, grenades, and extra lives. The game uses a customizable HUD and includes visual effects for impacts and blood. A resource optimization tool provides high-quality graphics on most computers. Progress involves achieving the highest score while completing the levels within the allotted time.
