Our take on War Of Gold
The gold-recovery premise shares space with several combat modes: infantry weapons, tanks, cars, and fighter planes. The central objective remains collecting gold to finish levels, so the vehicle sections are part of the same level-based structure rather than a separate campaign mode.
What is War Of Gold?
War Of Gold is a shooter about recovering gold bars taken by enemy forces.
The game has 12 locations, including a training area, where players search for hidden gold and fight enemy soldiers, tanks, and aircraft. Weapons include pistols, rifles, sniper guns, grenades, and grenade launchers; ammunition and grenades can be collected during play. Only one larger weapon can be carried at a time, so picking up another means dropping the current one. Some levels include cars for faster travel, tanks with two weapons, or fighter planes used against enemy aircraft and to search for gold. A parachute lets the player leave a plane in flight. The game also has a first-person mode, a settings menu, and Steam achievements.
