Our take on Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate
The defining detail is the ability to carry objects between historical periods, making tools and weapons from one era part of the challenges in another.
What is Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate?
Play as Asher Neumann in a time-travel adventure about rewriting history.
Move between historical periods and inhabit different characters while facing puzzles, combat, exploration, and story-driven mysteries. Movement includes swimming, jumping, crouching, climbing, ziplining, and swinging. Items found in one era can be carried into another to solve unexpected problems, and equipment from different centuries can be combined against enemies. The journey visits ancient temples, war-torn battlefields, festivals, wartime settings, the space race, and the moon. This remake adds three new levels, expands existing areas, revises combat, introduces new weapons and ammunition types, and adds systems for storing and locating lost items.

Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate compared to similar games
Ghost of a Tale focuses on a mouse protagonist in a medieval world populated by animals, using exploration, stealth, disguises, and conversations. Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate instead moves between historical periods and combines cross-time item use with traversal, combat, and puzzles. Vagante uses a dark-fantasy setting with monsters, demons, and quests for fame, riches, and power rather than historical time travel.
