What is Until The End?
Play as Zoe, a newly graduated nurse working in the palliative care unit of the Montagne Institute.
Decisions affect the story and Zoe’s relationships with colleagues, patients, and other people she meets. The visual novel follows eight patients, each with an individual personality and full case file, while combining drama, humor, mystery, and touches of supernatural fantasy. Several endings are available, based on choices made during the adventure. Pixel art presents the institute and its inhabitants. The game includes situations inspired by palliative care, but no medical knowledge is required. Its tone can shift between emotional scenes, joyful moments, unusual events, and an otherworldly presence during nights at the institute.
