We tell you who should skip it, too.

- Strategy players who enjoy planning defenses and raids while managing an economy
- Players interested in switching between character-controlled battles and overhead army control
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a narrowly focused game may bounce when village construction, resource management, army tactics, and direct combat must be handled together.
- Players who want one fixed combat perspective may bounce at the choice between third-person control and top-down army management.
- Players looking for a purely solitary game may not fit the player interaction and alliance features.
Our take on Unionatic
The bounce point is the transition between settlement planning and battlefield control. Players must move from managing buildings and resources to positioning armies or taking direct command of a character, so those wanting one consistent system may stop at that switch.
What is Unionatic?
Unionatic combines village construction, resource management, strategic planning, and third-person combat.
Players select buildings such as lumber mills, mines, and farms to increase resources, develop the economy, and expand their settlement. They can position military units to defend against creatures from different races emerging from an ancient forest, or organize raids on enemy territories to gain resources. The game also includes interaction with other players, alliances, and challenges against enemies. Players may enter battles by controlling their character directly in third-person mode or manage armies from a top-down camera. The game presents village management and battlefield action together, with detailed graphics, atmospheric music, and sound effects.
