Our take on Unforgiving Trials: The Space Crusade
The setting replaces the usual medieval evil with a dying world threatened by engineered heat, time manipulation, and a tyrant hidden at the Sun. Its party is also assembled from ordinary people whose inherited abilities are activated for the journey.
What is Unforgiving Trials: The Space Crusade?
A group of four recruits sets out to stop an immortal tyrant who manipulates the Sun and time, causing lethal heat across their world.
Farmer Jory, scholar Dante, grifter Laura, and temple initiate Victoria join the time-traveler Cooper aboard the flying vessel Solarius. Each character selects a class and develops through chosen skills after leveling up, while inherent abilities give the characters different strengths. Encounters are fixed, so progression does not require repeated battles for levels. The journey leads through confrontations with human forces and mutated creatures as the party travels toward the Sun, where the tyrant resides.
