The story includes relationships with three female protagonists alongside themes of brotherhood, loyalty, and conflict. The production uses Hong Kong locations and a Hong Kong-based cast and crew, with action scenes involving fights, explosions, street gunfire, and pursuits. Mandarin voice acting and Cantonese original audio are available, alongside simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese subtitles. A free 4K DLC unlocks 4K game visuals after the base game is purchased and installed.
