Our take on Umbrella Corps
Its focus on compact, fast competitive matches limits the room for exploration and extended campaign storytelling. The single-player mode adds mission variety, but the main structure remains centered on repeated arena-based combat.
What is Umbrella Corps?
Umbrella Corps is an online competitive shooter played from an over-the-shoulder viewpoint, drawing on the Resident Evil setting.
Battles unfold in small arenas modeled after places including the Umbrella Facility, Village, and Tricell HQ. Team contests include One Life Match, which gives every participant a single attempt during each round. Solo players can enter Experiment, a horde-based mode containing over 20 assignments with varied goals. The combat system combines firearms, grenades, special gear, and analog controls for aiming and taking cover, including adjustable body lean and stance height. Arenas also feature zombies, Cerberus hounds, and Ganados as additional hazards. Available equipment includes the Brainer axe, Tactical Shield, Terrain Spikes, and Zombie Jammer.

Umbrella Corps compared to similar games
Hentai Vs Furries is also a third-person shooter with guns, but its description emphasizes quests for skins, five camera angles, emotes, and a main mode plus a “Pleasure” mode. Umbrella Corps instead centers on competitive team matches, a one-life round variant, Resident Evil-themed maps, and a separate single-player mode with more than 20 missions.
