Our take on Trainee Death Simulator
Repeated death is the defining structure: each life presents new choices, and restarting turns failure into another attempt to manage attributes, events, debt, and rewards.
What is Trainee Death Simulator?
Play as an apprentice Death tasked with gathering Souls to repay a debt.
Random events present choices such as resting, accompanying a senior, exploring dangerous locations, or pursuing other actions. Decisions affect Faith, Energy, Strength, and Evil, altering events across places including a forest, the Death Tower, and the Dreamworld. Characters can die and begin again, allowing different choices in later attempts. Objectives from events grant outfits that can be collected and freely arranged. The setting follows the disappearance of the Lord of Night and the Deaths’ struggle to preserve balance between Dreams and Reality. Celestial Gods may grant Oracles with effects that either support revival or worsen the character’s circumstances.
