This bullet-dodging game follows a mysterious disturbance in Gensokyo linked to a force from China.
Players control a selected girl, avoid incoming attacks, collect useful items, and defeat enemies. Four character teams are available, with different control experiences. The paired-character system allows switching between the two selected characters with the C key so their strengths can be used together. Dragon Souls raise item score multipliers, lower the item collection line, convert nearby bullets into point items outside boss spell cards, and can trigger an automatic death-prevention bomb when at least 6 are held. Up to 9 Dragon Souls can be stored. A Last Spell Card becomes available when the stated spell-card and Dragon Soul condition is met.
