Our take on Tom Clancy's EndWar™
Rather than keeping the commander above a conventional overhead map, the game places the camera within the battle and adds spoken unit orders. Terrain, cover, and destructible surroundings become part of the real-time command structure, shifting attention from map-wide observation toward immediate battlefield positioning.
What is Tom Clancy's EndWar™?
Lead one of three factions—the U.
S. -led Joint Strike Force, European Enforcers Corps, or Russian Spetsnaz Guards Brigade—in a World War III strategy campaign. Build armies around a tactical style, customize battalions and units, and improve forces through ranks and hundreds of upgrades. Battles use mouse controls, hotkeys, waypoints, and voice commands. A third-person camera replaces the usual top-down view, with terrain and cover shaping engagements across destructible environments. The game includes 30 battlefields in Europe and the United States, including Washington D. C. , Paris, and Moscow, plus console-released maps, upgrades, and battalions. Online multiplayer and other online features have been unavailable since 25 January 2024.

Men of War: Assault Squad also focuses on large-scale military strategy and direct combat, but it covers World War II and emphasizes hands-on control of individual units.
