Saves you a refund- Players seeking a tightly focused campaign without extensive party management, class choices, or relationship paths

- Players who prefer a single setting instead of a story split between Celtic and Medieval eras
Our take on The Waylanders
The party system adds tactical variety through formations, classes, and companion combinations, but it also requires attention to group composition and character progression. The time-spanning story broadens the setting while dividing exploration between two versions of Galicia rather than one continuous era.
What is The Waylanders?
The Waylanders is a party-based RPG set across Celtic and Medieval Galicia, where a conflict with the Tuatha de Danaan leaves the protagonist displaced through time.
Players explore more than 50 regions across two eras, encounter factions, and make choices that affect later events and endings. Nine mortal and immortal companions can join the party, with relationship missions and romance options. Real-time combat with pausing allows selection of party abilities and spells, while class combinations determine available formations and their offensive or defensive actions. Character creation includes five playable races, six basic classes, and 30 advanced classes. Equipment includes weapons, armor, and trinkets, and a photo mode is also available.
