What is The Line?
The Line is a narrative adventure set in a future where rising seas have flooded most of the planet and caused social collapse.
Survivors organize into three-person teams called lines, tasked with finding survivors in abandoned cities and moving them to remaining dry areas. After several lines disappear, an exploration group follows their trails to recover supplies and discover what happened. The player takes the role of a scout investigating line 14. Progress requires finding parts of the story that contain clues for solving the puzzles. The investigation unfolds over six chapters and includes four highly difficult puzzles. The game is short and requires close attention to everything that is read. It was created by one person.
