Our take on The First Track
Instead of using tracked vehicles primarily for combat, this simulation makes track failures, repairs, component changes, towing, and dual-vehicle control its central structure. Its main challenge comes from handling and maintaining the machines rather than defeating opponents.
What is The First Track?
The First Track is a vehicle simulation game focused on tracked vehicles rather than tank combat.
Its physics system models breakable tracks, tank parts, suspension, horsepower, and vehicle control. When a track comes off, it can be repaired. Players can remove or install selected vehicle components and change tank components during play. The game supports controlling two vehicles of the same model in one scene through a special control system. Towing is also available: one tank can pull another with a tow attachment. Additional attachments are planned, including a hook that must be installed. Tracks and other tank parts can break during operation, making maintenance part of the vehicle-handling process.
How The First Track plays
