Our take on Tennis Elbow 4
The defining mechanic is rally construction through anticipation and positioning: reading the incoming ball, preparing early, managing player inertia, and selecting shots under pressure determine how points develop.
What is Tennis Elbow 4?
Tennis Elbow 4 is a tennis simulation centered on anticipating the ball, getting into position, moving, timing shots, and making choices under pressure.
Players can use controlled strokes, faster attacks, shots with topspin or slice, short drop shots, lobs, volleys, and smashes. Ball and player physics shape rallies alongside tactical situations. Six difficulty levels, divided into 10 sublevels each, let players adjust assistance and challenge. Career play spans Junior and Pro Tours, singles and doubles, over 400 tournaments per year, and more than 3,500 players over 70 years. Other options include nine court surfaces, 21 stadiums, split-screen matches, LAN and online play, rankings, customizable male and female players, and downloadable community mods.
