Our take on Tayutama: Kiss on my Deity
The store presentation foregrounds the Full HD remaster and the all-ages update, but gives less space to the game’s specific structure: a supernatural romance centered on Yuri, Mashiro, and three additional heroines. That framing may leave the narrative focus less clear than the technical update.
What is Tayutama: Kiss on my Deity?
Yuri Mito, raised by the priest of a local shrine, encounters a deity protecting an enigmatic artifact in the forest beside his school.
After the object is accidentally destroyed, the Tayutai—an ancient species confined within it—emerge, including three especially formidable creatures that threaten humanity. The deity takes human form as Mashiro, moves into Yuri’s home, and entrusts him with bringing the two peoples closer. Drawing on spiritual abilities inherited through his family, Yuri joins Mashiro and three other heroines in examining whether humans and Tayutai can live together. This fantasy romance adventure debuted in 2008 before receiving an anime adaptation. The edition includes high-definition presentation and revisions intended for players of all ages.
