Our take on Tabletop Gods
The presentation emphasizes hectic multiplayer arenas, but the core match structure is compact: three rounds, three factions, and three tables. Single-player play exists through Skirmish and Trials, yet the listed social features receive more attention than those modes.
What is Tabletop Gods?
Tabletop Gods is a real-time arcade strategy game played on virtual tabletop battlefields in desktop or VR modes.
Players choose one of three factions—Human, Undead, or Demon—and fight across three tables. Each match has three rounds, with preparation periods for placing traps and defense towers, changing troops, and selecting spells. Rounds last three minutes, and the full battle lasts no more than 15 minutes. The objective is to destroy more enemy Strongholds than the opponent destroys. The game includes head-to-head multiplayer, single-player Skirmish and Trials modes, and social arenas for up to eight players. Arenas support movement, voice chat, spectating, private rooms, and cross-platform play.

Tabletop Gods compared to similar games
Tabletop Gods combines head-to-head real-time battles with traps, troops, spells, and tabletop arenas, while Anomaly: Warzone Earth uses a reversed tower-defense structure against an alien onslaught. Dungeon Defenders: Awakened focuses on cooperative tower defense with loot, leveling, pets, and character customization, rather than Tabletop Gods' short competitive matches.
