- Solo players may not suit a game centered on couch co-op and multiplayer modes.
Our take on Supermarket Shriek
The store copy foregrounds chaotic comedy and party play, while the core campaign is a fixed set of 38 obstacle-course stages. The experience is structured around repeated race attempts and group sessions rather than broad exploration or a traditional story adventure.
What is Supermarket Shriek?
Supermarket Shriek is a couch-co-op adventure about guiding a man and a goat through supermarket obstacle courses.
Separate screams turn the kart left or right, while shouting together moves it forward; controller triggers or two microphones can control the characters. The campaign contains 38 stages with obstacle courses, timed collection challenges, and other tasks, including knocking over tins of beans. Four player-versus-player party modes support 2–8 players, covering item collection, arena competition, racing, and survival. A duet mode supports microphone-based cooperative play. Character appearance can be changed with more than 50 clothing and headgear options.
