What is subROV : Underwater Discoveries?
Operate a remotely controlled submarine from an oceanic research vessel and select dive sites around the world.
Each expedition involves navigating to a precise location, deploying the ROV, and using equipment such as an AI-assisted scanner, sensors, an articulated arm, a lander, and sediment corers. Objectives include mapping the seafloor, surveying shipwrecks, studying aquatic species, and sampling hydrothermal vents. Ocean buoys provide data about points of interest. Discoveries are recorded in a gallery, while completed objectives advance the pilot from trainee to Dive Master. The game includes trenches and other deep-ocean environments, with the vehicle rated for full-ocean-depth operation.
