Our take on Stardom
The defining structure is a two-year agency-management challenge: recruit performers, arrange their work, and pursue three major awards before the deadline.
What is Stardom?
Play as a high-school classmate of Zhou Yingtong and run a talent agency.
Recruit aspiring performers from places such as department stores, pubs, and folk-song restaurants, then invite selected candidates to join the company. Manage artists by accepting assignments and arranging their schedules while working toward the chairman’s requirement of winning three major awards within two years. The game also includes romance involving female characters and entertainment minigames, including bowling and quick-question activities that provide rewards. Stardom was released in 1995 as the first game in its series. The store description says the game is available only in Chinese.
