Our take on StarCrawlers
Its defining structure is a crew-based dungeon crawler where time-unit turns govern battles and procedural generation reshapes dungeons and events between runs.
What is StarCrawlers?
StarCrawlers is a spacepunk dungeon-crawling RPG about a crew of renegade adventurers working on the fringes of space.
Jobs from megacorporations include bounty hunting, sabotage, asset recovery, commercial espionage, and other illicit assignments. Combat uses a time-unit turn system for battles against futuristic enemies. Dungeons and events are procedurally generated, while crew choices affect how the story develops. Eight classes provide distinct abilities for combat and exploration. Weapons, armor, and other gear are randomly generated and can receive upgrades. Difficulty ranges from Easy to Hardcore, with optional permadeath for crews that do not return from a mission.
