Our take on Sombra
Instead of giving players full movement control, Sombra makes the cat run independently and reduces interaction to one button. Its progression comes from adding abilities and collecting fish, while the post-game mode replaces standard replay with a nine-life completion challenge.
What is Sombra?
Sombra is a 2D pixel-art platform game about guiding a frightened cat through a cave and toward the exit.
The cat runs without direct control over her direction, while one button on a mouse, keyboard, or controller triggers interactions. The journey passes through dark caves, ancient underground ruins, and a forest. Sombra begins with the ability to jump and gains additional powers as the adventure progresses. Fish collected during the game unlock gallery photos, new skins, and a choice of 12 cat types. After completing the main adventure, 9 Lives Mode becomes available, requiring the entire journey to be finished with only nine lives.

Sombra compared to similar games
Sombra is a 2D platform game centered on one-button interaction, environmental traversal, ability progression, and cat customization. SUPER CHICKEN JUMPER is also a runner-style platform game, but adds shooting, combat, and enemy destruction rather than Sombra's fish collectibles, gallery unlocks, and nine-life challenge.
