Our take on Snowballer
The store presentation gives equal weight to combat, construction, survival, racing, customization, collectibles, hazards, secrets, and replay tools. That breadth explains the premise, but it leaves the depth and structure of each individual mode less clear than the feature count suggests.
What is Snowballer?
Snowballer combines first-person snowball combat, sled racing, and construction.
Multiplayer includes free-for-all, team matches, campfire defense, and flag capture. In single-player, players can build snow forts and ramps from snow piles, save and load constructions, create NPC battles, face survival waves, and compete in downhill time trials with global leaderboards. Character options include clothing, hats, taunts, sleds, and gameplay attributes affecting throwing power, movement, and snowball timing. Sleds have different steering and jump behavior, with boosting increasing speed while making crashes more likely. The game includes more than 12 maps, environmental hazards, wildlife, collectible items, special abilities, secrets, crash scoring, and replay capture as GIF files.
