Our take on Snapshot
The store presentation foregrounds the camera's unusual abilities, but the experience is structured around platforming and puzzles. Its scope comes from more than 100 levels, four environments, secrets, and time trials.
What is Snapshot?
Snapshot follows Pic, a lone robot exploring an abandoned world with a camera that alters the environment.
The camera can photograph objects, remove them from the scene, preserve them as images, and place them back into the world. Stored images can also be rotated before restoration, allowing objects such as fireballs to be redirected into obstacles. The game combines platforming and puzzles across more than 100 levels and four distinct environments. Every level includes secrets and a time-trial challenge. Hand-crafted, high-resolution graphics present Pic's journey while the camera provides the main method for changing the surroundings and solving obstacles.
