Our take on SNAP SNAP
Instead of giving the protagonist conventional combat equipment, the game makes a camera flash the main way to repel its creature. Randomized puzzles and four endings also replace a single fixed escape route with variation across playthroughs.
What is SNAP SNAP?
After examining an unusual body at the morgue, the protagonist returns home to discover that the building has changed.
A monster moves through the hallways and recoils from a camera flash. To escape, the protagonist must open sealed doors, work through puzzles, and conserve the camera’s power. While energy is restored at a charging point, the character cannot defend against the creature. Certain puzzles are generated at random, making each attempt somewhat different. Four possible endings are included. The game presents psychological horror from a first-person viewpoint, with a bleak atmosphere and intense action. Machine-translated text is available in French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Polish, and Japanese.
How SNAP SNAP plays

- 02Randomized Puzzles

- 03Four Endings
- The game includes four endings to discover.
- 04Camera Charging
- The camera can be recharged at a station, but the protagonist is defenseless during charging.
