Our take on SMYS : Show Me Your Stairs
The game replaces a conventional standalone race with a two-stage contest: players first compete for construction materials in minigames, then use those resources in a staircase race. Progress toward the objective also depends on completing a team collection.
What is SMYS : Show Me Your Stairs?
SMYS is a local-multiplayer party game for 2–4 players.
Each round begins with a picking phase built around minigames, where players gather blocks and items for later use. In most minigames, everyone has access to the same resources and competes to add selected items to a personal library. The building phase follows: players place their collected blocks to create staircases toward the objective, while using special items to hinder the opposing team. Cannons, grapples and trampolines are used during block gathering. Players control zglubs competing for yumyums. Reaching one adds it to the team’s collection; the first team to complete its collection wins. Steam Remote Play supports up to 4 players with one copy.
