A group of vacationers reaches a mountain villa during a blizzard, where danger and deaths disrupt their stay.
In deduction sections, conversations reveal clues and open further exchanges about what companions may be hiding. Investigation sections involve searching for traces and keeping evidence for the final accusation. At night, nightmare sequences put the protagonist in danger while someone tries to stop the investigation. The story also includes puzzles and quick-time events. It has 10 endings: six bad, two normal, one true, and one good ending available on a second playthrough; there are also seven dead ends.
