Our take on Signal Ops
The defining mechanic is simultaneous command of multiple agents, each viewed through a separate first-person perspective. Missions use these parallel viewpoints for surveillance, coordination, and puzzles that place operatives in different locations at the same time.
What is Signal Ops?
Lead a squad of operatives remotely from Facility 7C on espionage missions involving evidence placement, theft, assassination, and sabotage.
During missions, control multiple agents simultaneously, switching among their individual first-person perspectives to monitor areas, coordinate movement, and solve tasks that require agents in separate locations. Each operation allows a squad built from six specialists with distinct abilities and equipment, including infiltration, disguise, marksmanship, combat, mechanics, electronics, and explosives. Missions combine tactical shooting, stealth, strategic planning, and puzzles. Open levels require map-based planning, while health does not regenerate. Fallen agents can be replaced while at least one squad member remains. Radio equipment must also be positioned to maintain contact between the command base and field operatives.
How Signal Ops plays

- 03Mixed mission tactics

- 04Radio network positioning
- Field equipment must be placed to preserve communication with agents.
- 05Open-level planning
- Maps are used to organize movement, and health remains depleted instead of recovering automatically.
