Our take on Signal Decay
The focus on stealth tactics, permanent death, and limited team size gives missions a deliberate, high-consequence structure, but leaves less room for forgiving experimentation or large-scale cooperative play.
What is Signal Decay?
Signal Decay is a stealth roguelike adventure set on an alternative future Earth.
Players infiltrate procedurally generated enemy bases, search for Broadcasters, collect ore shards, and destroy machines before enemy awareness overwhelms the operation. Missions combine hiding, executions, body disposal, lures, traps, tactical positioning, and situational weapons such as shotguns and tasers. Online or local co-op supports up to 3 players, while solo play includes a special ability. A global strategy layer uses an airship to select missions, conduct research, and travel across the world in real time. Failed missions can continue through an invitation to friends. Permanent death, weapon upgrades, bonus missions, daily challenges, and a global leaderboard structure repeated play.
