Our take on Sigma Impact
Momentum is the defining constraint: attacks depend on swinging, positioning, and timing within a physics-based combat system rather than simple button-driven strikes.
What is Sigma Impact?
Sigma Impact is a 2D action roguelite where combat relies on physical movement, momentum, timing, and careful positioning inside a dungeon made of glass.
Its arsenal includes the Hammer, Mace, Spike, Jet Hammer, Yo-yo, Hexagon, Lance, and Claw. Players move through successive chambers, gaining weapons and perks while overcoming hazards and opponents on the route to a final boss. Randomized stage layouts create different runs, and a practice area allows weapon techniques to be tested. Modes include solo play, couch co-op, and player-versus-player matches. The audio changes in response to events during play. Progression also includes a demanding learning curve, extra modes, high-score pursuits, and abilities tied to individual weapons.
