Our take on Shhh!
Rather than building horror around combat, puzzles, or a developed plot, this game makes the player's own noise the central hazard. Its structure is a short walking experience where silence controls survival and sudden scares replace conventional progression.
What is Shhh!?
Explore three haunted locations through a VHS camera while a microphone monitors noise.
Speaking, screaming, or making other sounds can trigger a game-over state, requiring the nightmare to begin again. The game presents a walking-simulator structure without puzzles or interactions, focusing on movement through darkness and sudden scares rather than story or plot. Available settings include Barbacena Asylum, Morgan's House, and Witch Forest, each with its own atmosphere and threats. A microphone and headset are required for the intended gameplay. The objective is to remain silent and survive for 10 minutes. The game is intended for solo play.
