What is Serpent's Gaze?
Serpent’s Gaze is a third-person action game for solo play or co-op with up to 4 players.
Combat combines demanding, deliberate encounters with roguelike variation: players select weapons, gather blessings, relics, and gifts, then shape different builds while moving through handcrafted desert levels. Bosses can be fought repeatedly, while each run introduces random changes through the Curse system, including pursuing minibosses and environmental hazards. The Awareness system increases the challenge after successful runs. The setting includes desert and ruin areas tied to the nomadic Majin, plus a city and cathedrals inhabited by the Attar’Esh. Players take the role of a scion created by the tree god Magnolia and fight opposing gods and usurpers.
