What is Serial Lover?

Serial Lover blends romance fiction with rhythm challenges.

Players wake in an unfamiliar house alongside strangers and try to uncover its secrets and why they are there. The story unfolds as a visual novel, with frequent choices that add dialogue. Over four partly branching chapters, players select a character to pursue and complete rhythm games as part of the courtship. Six characters can be romanced, each with a distinct backstory and ending. The game includes 23 original tracks, 19 character illustrations, partial voice acting, an arcade mode, and leaderboards. Its story mixes romance, comedy, danger, and death, with adult material and somber subjects that could unsettle some players.
