Skip it if you…

- Players who are sensitive to epilepsy-related risks should avoid it.
Our take on SenS
The presentation leans heavily on infinite, unknowable spaces and a larger future vision, while the current early-access build contains only a few systems and locations. The exploratory premise is present, but the available scope is substantially smaller than the framing suggests.
What is SenS?
SenS is an exploration adventure set in unstable architectural zones that begin as sparse structures and become larger, more complex, and labyrinthine.
Expeditions start from a makeshift home and rely on light sources to reveal paths, traps, and routes back to safety. Areas can change when covered by darkness: rooms may become corridors or bridges, while access points open and close. Exploring farther reveals stable Unique Places containing objects, decorative items, and equipment such as bags, candles, lanterns, gas, lamps, cables, ropes, and ladders. Some special items grant new abilities. The early access version contains only a few systems and locations, with the vendor planning additional content and refinement through updates.
How SenS plays

- 05Ability-granting items

SenS compared to similar games
SenS centers on light-dependent navigation through changing, labyrinthine structures, with expeditions returning to a home base and discoveries used for decoration or progression. Jusant instead focuses on climbing a tall tower, managing stamina and climbing tools, choosing routes, and uncovering the history of a bygone civilization.
