- RPG fans who enjoy choosing between several career paths instead of following a single fixed role
- Players interested in crafting and selling harvested goods, rather than a game focused only on exploration
Skip it if you…

- Players looking for a single progression track instead of separate base-level and job-level advancement
- Players who do not want a 2D side-scrolling presentation
Our take on Santhai
The game divides character development between general attributes and career-based skills. This supports different roles, but it also gives progression two separate tracks rather than one unified advancement path.
What is Santhai?
Santhai is a two-dimensional, side-view role-playing game about town life and developing a character.
Players can tend livestock and grow plants on their property. Produce from these activities may be traded, consumed, or turned into materials for making additional items. Earnings can fund gear that improves the character. Advancement is divided between a general level, which grants points for core statistics, and an occupation level, which unlocks and develops abilities. Five career paths are available: Warrior, Hunter, Merchant, Farmer, and Shaman. Their differing traits support varied approaches to play, alongside farming, livestock care, commerce, production, gear purchases, and career advancement.
How Santhai plays

- 05Five Career Paths

Santhai compared to similar games
Santhai combines crop cultivation, animal raising, product sales, crafting, equipment purchases, and five career paths in a 2D side-scrolling RPG. Force of Nature combines action, adventure, RPG, strategy, and management with exploration across more than 10 zones, resource gathering, mining, and weapon creation, giving it a broader exploration and resource-management structure.
