Runnyk is a 2D mini action RPG about a Viking seeking four magical runes.
Runnyk travels through cold lands, fights creatures, finds useful items, gains strength through combat, and meets allies during the journey. The game presents four winter-themed scenarios, an open world with alternative paths, Norse mythology references, colorful 8-bit-style graphics, four rune powers, and a simplified leveling system. Its story follows Runnyk’s attempt to find a cure for his beloved’s unknown illness by reaching Odin in the Untouched Lands. A sorceress warns that the quest may require Runnyk to sacrifice his own life.
