- Players who enjoy raising stats and planning around a fixed 60-week timeline
- Players seeking romance options and branching endings in a story-led RPG
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players looking for action-focused combat may find the council-management and quest structure a poor match.
- Players who want an open-ended simulation may hit the fixed 60-week campaign and 10-ending structure.
- Players seeking a direct continuation of Royal Alchemist may be put off by the different cast.
Our take on Royal Order
Players who want an open-ended management game may hit a wall at the 60-week limit: the campaign is organized around a fixed timeline, with stat-raising and quests shaping its progression. Those expecting a direct continuation of Royal Alchemist may also need to adjust to a different cast.
What is Royal Order?
Royal Order is a fantasy court raising simulation with RPG elements.
Play as Aarya, a new member of the High Council, and manage the Royal Order as three kingdoms face political tensions and raids by northern pirates. The game combines two stat-raising systems with time management and quests across 60 in-game weeks. Aarya’s appearance, pronouns, and name can be customized, and the story includes three romantic interests: two men and one woman. Choices lead to 10 endings, and deaths are part of the story. Set in the same world as Royal Alchemist, this indirect sequel follows a different cast; the two games can be played separately.
